In spite of Deb, Mary and Effie wanting to send their nasty weather our way and in spite of the weatherman saying we have a 100% chance of showers today this Sunday has turned out to be a perfect day.
The temperature was in the 80s all afternoon with a cool breeze of 5-15 miles winds and it will be in the low 70s this evening.
As I looked out my window I saw one of the guys who docks his sailboat here putting up a new sail and decided to take a few pictures from my balcony--here they are.
By the way the homes on the other side of the water go for $2 mil and I pay $259 a month rent!!! (Who has the better view??? LOL)
