A salute to Donnamarie!!!

I had read and answered most of my e-mails earlier today before I relaxed and read the paper. After I cleaned one of the birds cages I decided to check the e-mail again as I don't like it to build up and I usually will post my blogs when I am done with that.

About an hour ago I clicked on my e-mail and saw that there were 52 of them--it boggled my mind! As I started to look over the list I was floored to see that 41 of them were from Donnamarie. She had been tied up with her folks most of last month and really didn't have time to blog a lot let alone comment on blogs.

Obviously she is catching up--taking the time to read each one and comment on them--and some are pretty in depth comments. I know this is taking a big chunk out of her Sunday but, Donna, I really want you to know how much I appreciate you doing this.

I know a few of us here like AJ, Alfredo, Deb, Effie, Mary, myself and others take the time to read all the blogs we are subscribed to and, in most cases, leave a comment.

There is no doubt in my mind that we all enjoy doing this or we wouldn't but I, also, am aware of the effort it takes--especially when people like me are sort of verbose in quite a few of the blogs--so I just want to tip my hat to Donnamarie taking so much of her time to acknowledge my posts.

I am glad she is coming here more as I do read her posts at other blog sites but very seldom comment on them there.

By the way I didn't realize I blog about so many different subjects! LOL

For you people in the NorthEast she did come up with a good idea--in fact maybe we cn do it in all regions of the US--she suggested that AJ, Alfredo and her set up a theatre night when "A Chorus Line" plays in Providence to get together and meet, maybe have dinner and go to a performance--what fun it would be to meet other bloggers!!
Ummmm--10 months until it comes here--plenty of time for the Florida contingent to set up a "A Chorus Line" play date!! And February is certainly a good time to come to South Florida.

Donna, thanks again for taking the time to read and comment on my blogs--just want you to know that I really appreciate it and that though I may not comment on your blogs on other sites I do read them!
