Thanks to all for the empathy and sympathy for my ear ache--it is a little better now with just a twinge of hurting now and then.
People 'disappear' from blogster and I often wonder why--some will tell that they are leaving for awhile--others just stop blogging without any explanation and don't even answer e-mail--I often feel a little 'down' when this happens especially when I have gotten involved with them--for instance, 'thefatman' who was battling a monstrous weight problem and that I had invested time with--then their are those that I really liked reading their blogs (Tammyblue, where are you?) and those who seem to really be having a hard time and ask for reactions then just stop posting--I know there are many reasons for stopping but I promise if I plan to stop I will tell everyone--and not too many better cheer :o)--as I think it is the 'right' thing to do.
Talking about blogster why do I (and others--I won't name names! You know who you are! :o) ) feel a compulsion to comment on every blog I read and to answer those comments--don't get me wrong--I love to do it and I love to read the comments as it is one way of knowing that you are being read--why do I feel a bit of guilt if I don't?? :o)
Okay, you know about millionaires but I thought I would introduce you to a hundred-aire---ME!!! I won $400 in the Play 4 Lottery yesterday (if I stop to think of how much I spent to 'win' that money I would probably get sick :o)
In any case I have the airfare ,I think, to get up to see the opening of ACL next week--now all I need to do is win enough for the 'extras' like a hotel, food, theatre tickets, etc. I have 7 days to do it! :o(
Instead of having an evening I know I won't ever forget--the opening night of the revival of A Chorus Line on Broadway--I will be at the Hard Rock casino showroom seeing a concert by the O'Jays and the Commodores--just won't be the same!
Allen, Gino and I just got tickets for the Ft. Lauderdale Gay Men's Chorus salute to Judy Garland (ain't that quaint? NOT!) the last week in October--they are an excellent group and am looking forward to it--can you ever get tired of hearing "Over The Rainbow", "The Man That Got Away", "Born In A trunk", etc.?
Planning to see "The Illusionist" (Why do I think of AJ and Dale when I write that title???) with Larry--will, of course, write a review.

Good night/Good luck/wasn't that a terrible movie,thought that it was a real bore.But Straham was good.[THUMBUP][THUMBUP][TONGUE][ROLLEYES][HEART]
Goodnight and Good luck wasn't that bad--it was just that we lived through the whole thing and knew too much about it.
It was Julie London who made "Cry Me A River" a big hit originally.[THUMBUP]
Or it could mean I am trolling for comments trying to get my numbers up[ROLLEYES]

"trying to get my number up"--take away one letter and the whole meaning changes! Couldn't resist![THUMBUP]
