    '    I am not sure how much you have followed the comic books.'  I may be one of the few but I haven't/don't read comic books--I can only look at the screen and decide if it holds my interest.

    I really wish you would stop commenting on my blogs--you read what you want to read not what the blog is about--for instance in my last blog it was about the WORD homosexual which is not in the bible--and no where did I say Mildred is the only heroine in history.

    You have your agenda but since I am not interested in it please refrain from commenting on my blogs--thank you.

    You're an ameutuer!!! KIDDING!!!  I lost 100+ plus in 1967 and have been fighting keeping it off ever since--in fact I agree with what works for you is best for you.

    If you ever have a chance and are interested look up mu "Fighting Fat" series of blogs.

    I only need one reason--it tastes GREAT!!!

    Problem though is that chocolate lovers and fat people (I am both so I know) will certainly eat too much at EACH sitting!!!

    You are talking for YOUR day--my day starts at 12 noon so MY schedule is different than yours BUT once again--within a 24 hour period you will eat X amount of calories and use up X amount of calories so it doesn't matter when you eat what--I've been in thi9s business for over 40 years and I know what I am talking about.
