"Dreamgirls", Birds and Other Subjects :O)

I HAVE A CAR!!!! Well, at least for the 10 days Allen will be up North and all I had to do was take him to the airport Thursday and pick him up on January 1. Having a car is expensive--without one and thinking of taking the bus I don't readily run out to get things but I've already been to the bird-shop, went to the movies and have all sort of plans.

A funny--and embarrassing--I went to the movies yesterday and whereas I usually walk to the theatre this time I drove--after the movie I had walked home forgetting the car! :o)

A clarification--the ''stocking stuffing' blog wasn't about my family.

I don't usually wish a minute of my life away but I can't wait for Tuesday--that BMW commercial with the screaming kids drives me nuts!! I want to strangle those kids! Another VERY annoying commercial are the city bank ones with that guy collecting points--both ads make me NOT want to buy a BMW (not that I can) or use anything from citibank (not that they would give me a credit card! But I LOVE the 'bog' commercial--wonder if I use the product would I look as HOT as the models? (I think the product is Bog--not sure as I am too busy checking the bodies out! LOL)

Big decision to make--hey, when you are retired EVERY decision to do something is a big one!--I really want to see "Dreamgirls"--hope I'm not anticipating too much--and it opens Christmas Day--as that day is a big movie day I don't know if I want to fight the crowds--they have it on 2 screens in the same theatre--and the first showings are at 1 PM and 2 PM--they are predicting a very nasty day here with a lot of rain--do I want to attempt going then while the turkey is roasting? Will the crowds be smaller with the rain or will more people go? Or should I just wait until Tuesday or Thursday? Decisions, decisions--come people--HELP ME! :o)

I can wait for anything--patience is something I have learned as I grew older but, then again, not having as much time as I did, maybe, I shouldn't wait to do anything![LOL]

Now if it wasn't so nasty, rainy, out there I would hop on 1-95 and we could go to Disneyland--naw they will probably be jammed with people.

Thank you for your kind words---I'm filing them away for future rememberance.[KISS][HEART]
