Don't believe what you read--it is 3:42 PM here and it is only 60 degrees, rainy and windy!!

We are heading for a crazy week--it is suppose to be 'feel like' 54 degrees Friday morning then high 70s on Saturday & Sunday then Monday it gets cold again--we will have 'feel like' temperatures in the 40s during the nights highs in the low 60s during the days.
Folks, this ain't the Northeast or Midwest--this is Southern FLORIDA!!!

I wouldn't complain if it was Super Bowl weekend as our visitors are use to that kind of weather ( probably if it was in the 50s & 60s when they are down here they would be on the beach!)

I probably won't be able to wear my shorts and flip-flops tomorrow!!

What is funny is that people who have moved down here from Wisconsin, Illinois, etc., will be wearing sweaters, heavy jackets, ear muffs and complain how their 'blood has thinned out and they are freezing'.

Peter/Hans/Kevin get ready--I may be knocking on your door (for those who don't know, it is summer in Australia)--or maybe Gab and I can fly to South America to warm up!! Might even go up to AJ & Ray's or Alfredo and Mike's up in the Northeast! LOL

Don't ask me if I miss the change of Seasons--I don't!!

Something tells me I won't get much sympathy from you folks but that's okay--next month when you are buried in snow, sleet, ice and freezing temperatures we will be back in the 70s & 80s.

Ummm---maybe I should tell Allen to stay in Turkey for an extra week??

But I can always watch snow on TV--and people digging out of it--and trudging through it when it melts and becomes dirty--I live here for the sun and the beach!! I'm not really complaining--I can handle a few days of 'cold' weather a year![LOL][THUMBUP]

you have all my sympathy,the weather is crazy.We are going to have bitter artic cold her for a couple of days.Wind chill down to -25 below.
It is nuts but this is New England and yes,read about the weather there.
Did you not have the same problem last year?

Yeah, we get about 10-12 days of 'cold' weather a year and I survive it! I hate having the heat on but need it for the birds--still keep the windows open, though.[LOL]

60?? that'd be a heatwave here..which would be nice right about now. Cold here today, will get colder tonight(below zero). Suppose be getting a cold snap here..from our Canadian friends, if they were really our friends they'd keep there[THUMBUP]

I LOVE the cold!!!! Finally a little bit of colder weather..! I just prefer it cold and sunny instead of rainy, though I also like the rain every now and then.. Warm hugs to you, gab :) [WINK][SMILE][HEART][HEART][HEART]

But you expect it and prepare for it--we don't own 'winter' clothing here--there will probably be a run on portable heaters at Wal Mart![LOL]
