Headline from today's' business section--some quotes:

8.7 million millionaires worldwide---$33.3 trillion are their total assets--$3.8 million are their individual net worth.

Millionaires held 44% of their investments in U.S. assets last year, down 44%--Asia-pacific assets accounted for 23% of holdings, up from 21%.

Wealthy U.S. investors have the smallest percentage of their assets in foreign markets.

China, the world's fastest growing major economy has 320, millionaires up 6.8%

ABOUT 40% OF THE WORLD'S POPULATION, OR 2.6 BILLION PEOPLE, LIVE ON LESS THAN $2 A DAY!

Business ownership accounted for 37% of millionaire's wealth, particularly in Europe and Latin America. About a quarter of the wealth derived from income and a further 18% from inheritances.

I wish I could earn some business revenue by having people call me up and I can give them blunt, sarcastic, and possibly rude advice. But I guess that Dr. Phil already has that market cornered.

Wonder what percentage of world population is made by these millionaires. To think that 40% lives on less than $2 a day...[SAD]
