I don't remember who asked (gary/coincutter?) for me to post some 'before' pictures--these were taken in the 60s when I was in my 20s and 'only' weighed 250-260 pounds (having weighed over 300 at one point in my life I felt skinny then!;o)) For 'afters' all you have to do is go to my photo gallery--I was never camera shy--in fact I have one album of nothing but pictures of me from about the age of 3 to the age of 70!!! That might make a nice collage! :o)
